👥 12. Administrative Structure

O Marco He is the founder and Chief Administrator of the community.

He is responsible for overall management, coordinating the team, and making the final decision when necessary.

In Marco's absence, the António takes on the role of 2. Deputy Community Leader, coordinating the team and ensuring continuity in management.

António also remains responsible for the community outreach, as well as the management of the Snapchat, Discord, WhatsApp, and Telegram platforms and requests for approval of new members.

The rest Lieutenants are part of the senior management team and retain their respective areas of responsibility.

The Sergeants They are part of the team and are responsible for specific roles. They do not manage the community as a whole, but they have responsibilities within the areas, platforms, or projects assigned to them.

Currently, specific duties include the administration of the Tira Para Senhores, from the Tira Para Elas and the TPF Shop, as well as other functions that provide specialized support to the community.

Most significant changes should be discussed among the ADMs before being implemented.

The community grows through the ideas and contributions of the entire team, and the active participation of all its leaders is valued.

🚨 Urgent situations

When there is an immediate risk to the community, an ADM may act without waiting for prior approval. The team must be informed afterward.

⚖️ Non-urgent situations

Whenever possible, important decisions should be discussed among the ADMs before they are made.

🔒 Team Confidentiality

Information obtained by ADMs in the course of their duties, including personal information, verifications, complaints, conflicts, or internal decisions, must be treated as confidential.

This information should not be shared outside the administration team, except when there is a legitimate reason related to the management of the community or a legal obligation.
